AUDITIONS – Mark your calendars now and make plans to join us for auditions on September 7, 2024.

These auditions are for our entire season. You may indicate whether you will participate in Nutcracker, the spring show or both productions. Please plan to attend regardless of which shows you would like to be cast in.

Auditions times on September 7^th are as follows:

12:30 – 1:20 – 3^rd-4^th grade girls and boys in elementary school

1:30 – 2:30 – NON-POINTE girls (5^th grade +) and boys in middle school

2:45 – 4:15 – POINTE girls age 13+ (with at least 2 years of pointe experience) and boys in high school

A fee is assessed to audition. Please see our Fees and Other Requirements page for more information.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes early to park, register, warm up/stretch and ensure you are ready when your group is called. We cannot allow dancers to enter auditions once they begin.

Girls should wear a black or dark solid-colored leotard. Boys should wear black tights or leggings and a white shirt.

As a reminder, auditions are held at the Dale Halton Theatre at CPCC.

All new and returning parents must attend one of the parent meetings held during their dancer’s audition (12:30pm or 1:30pm).

Callbacks for Alice in Wonderland will be held on November 10th at the Charlotte School of Ballet. Times TBD.
